Whether it's to calm a racing heart, soothe sadness, understand frustration, or channel bursts of energy, these sessions empower self-connection, awareness and trust from within by using the powerful tool of their own breath. nurturing your child's emotional intelligence, fostering self-regulation, enhancing focus, and feel empowered. It also improves sleep and social skills. In the nurturing home of Flourish & Flo, a parent's presence is required and encouraged, creating a bonding opportunity and a heartwarming experience for you both - unless consent is provided. After your session Chloe provides guidance and follow up support to help implement the teachings learnt within their day to day living.
